OmniaLuxe / Builders’ Cleans
Construction dust gets into everything, and clients notice what’s been missed. OmniaLuxe provides post-construction cleaning for projects of all sizes, planned around your programme and delivered by a team that understands how live sites work. We leave your project ready for snagging, inspection and sign-off.
Talk to our teamA clear scope
Light debris cleared, floors swept, and work areas kept clear so trades can carry on.
Dust and residue removed from surfaces, fittings, frames, sills, floors and cupboards, ready for snagging.
A detailed finish to every room: sanitary fittings, kitchens, glazing reachable from inside, floors and touchpoints, with marks, stickers and paint spots removed.
Available as add-ons: snagging re-attendance, a return visit after final fixes, and a pre-occupation clean for tenants or staff moving in.
We don’t remove rubble or bulk waste, restore specialist floors or clean external areas at height. Tell us at the survey if your project needs these.

Where we work
We currently serve Central London and surrounding boroughs, and are expanding weekly. Tell us where your site is and we’ll let you know whether we can cover it.
Tell us about your space and we’ll get in touch to arrange a visit and prepare a clear proposal.
Omnialuxe is Kleanluxe's commercial cleaning division for London businesses — offices, post-construction sites, and retail or hospitality venues — delivered by a dedicated team to a written specification, not a one-off domestic-style clean.
Three, at launch: Office & Corporate Cleaning (ongoing out-of-hours cleaning for offices), Post-Construction & Builders' Cleaning (phased cleaning from rough clean to final handover), and Retail & Hospitality Cleaning (early-morning and after-hours cleaning of customer-facing areas, plus one-off post-event cleans).
Yes — your schedule is built around your working hours, not the other way round, so if those change we adjust the visit times to match rather than asking you to work around us.
Yes — things like periodic deep cleans, carpet spot treatment, interior glass and washroom consumables aren't part of the standard specification but can be added on request, and priced into your contract.
Yes — post-event cleaning is available as a standalone booking rather than tied to your regular contract, worked to your turnaround time so the space is ready again for the next booking or trading day.
Yes — Post-Construction & Builders' Cleaning runs as its own phased service alongside your regular contract, so the space is dust-free and handover-ready before your team moves back in.
No — just let your point of contact know. We revisit the specification and adjust it to match, rather than starting the whole agreement over.
